Community groups, with a great idea to improve community services and activities in Gladstone, are encouraged to look for support through the Peet Limited Vantage Estate Community Partnering Program.
Applications are now open for the annual scheme which provides small grants and in-kind assistance to help non-profit organisations, clubs, schools and volunteers to develop existing activities or kick-start new initiatives.
The program support events and services in health, education, the arts, sport, environment, youth, and recreation designed to benefit the Vantage community and bring local people together.
Last year’s partners included the Gladstone and District Wildlife Carers Association, Kookaburra Creek Kindergarten and the Gladstone branch of Variety Queensland.
Expressions of interest must be submitted on the official form no later than Monday 29 July 2013.
